What We Handle
We handle five areas of restoration work in Fresno and across the Central Valley. Each one has its own page with more detail — here's the short version of what each covers.
Most of what we do falls into two phases: stopping and reversing the damage (extraction, drying, cleaning, remediation), and — when a property needs to be put back together — coordinating the rebuild through our licensed partner. We'll tell you plainly which phase your job is in and what happens next.
Water Damage Restoration
Extraction, drying, and cleanup for burst pipes, appliance leaks, sewage backups, flooding, and every water-damage scenario in between. We inspect first, take moisture readings to see how far the water traveled, and build the drying plan around what we actually find rather than a standard template.

Mold Remediation
Remediation for visible mold growth, based on a moisture and visual assessment — not testing or air sampling.

Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration
Cleanup after a fire or smoke event, including the odor that tends to outlast the visible damage.

Storm Damage Restoration
Response to storm-driven water intrusion and roof-leak water that has reached the inside of a property.

Reconstruction & Repairs
When rebuilding is part of the job — drywall, flooring, or other repair work — that side of it is completed by our licensed general contracting partner, Gostanian General Building Corp, CSLB Lic. #346866. We coordinate the handoff; we're not the licensee on that work.
Not Sure Which One You Need?
Most calls start with one simple fact — there's water, smoke, or damage somewhere it shouldn't be — and we help you figure out which service fits once we're on the phone or on site. You don't have to diagnose your own problem before you call.
What We Don't Do
We're upfront about the edges of our scope. We don't perform mold testing, air sampling, or clearance testing ourselves — if you need lab-confirmed results, we'll point you to an independent industrial hygienist. We don't do asbestos or lead work, and we don't perform biohazard or trauma cleanup. We also don't offer leak-location services to find a hidden leak's source — that's a plumber's job. And we don't hold a contractor's license ourselves: rebuild and repair work is completed by our partner, Gostanian General Building Corp, CSLB Lic. #346866, not by Central Valley Water Restoration directly.
None of this is a knock against those services — they're just not what we do, and we'd rather tell you that up front than take on work outside what we're actually set up to handle well.
